Eligibility

I. For B.E I Year: (10+2) PCM/Diploma from M.P. Board of Technical Education or its equivalent Exam.

• M.P. Quota: (For domicile of M.P.)
  Selection through PEPT-2007 conducted by VYAPAM Vacant Seats will be filled up by (10+2) PCM basis.
• All India Quota:
  Selection through AIEEE-2007 conducted by CBSE, New Delhi. One seat reserved for J & K Quota
  One seat additional for J&K migrants.
• NRI / Management Quota:
  It will be 15% of total seats. For M.Q. students are required to appear in MP PEPT-2007/AiEEE-2007. For NRI Quota, the candidate should be passed in Physics, Chemistry and Math’s individually. Diploma Holder students can also eligible for taking admissions in B.E. first year against vacant seats of M.P. Quota/All India Quota

II. For B.E. II Year (Lateral Entry): Diploma from Technical Board of M.P. or its equivalent or B.Sc. (PCM) from a recognized University.

Admission Procedure

Immediately after centralized/college level counseling (not later than 10 days) the candidate seeking admission to the college is required to:

a) Submit the prescribed application form as enclosed for admission, duly filled, along with the following documents: -

1. Mark sheet of X class.
2. Mark sheet of 10+2 final examination.
3. M.P. Domicile certificate (if applicable)
4. Caste & annual income certificate (if applicable.)
5. Transfer certificate/school-leaving certificate in original.
6. Migration certificate in original (if applicable)
7. Character certificate in original from the principal of school/college last attended.
8. PEPT-2007/AIEEE-2007 admit card and mark sheet in original.
9. 10 recent passport size photographs.
10. Gap certificate / affidavit (if applicable)

b) The candidate will be required to furnish affidavit of obeying the rules & regulations of the college as prescribed & enclosed.

c) These documents should be submitted to admission in charge.

d) The candidate is required to pay full annual fees at the time of admission. (No installments will be permitted) Based on the receipt he will be admitted to college, and enrolled in the list.

Once admitted, refund of any of the fees will not be done under any circumstances after last date of admission as declared by State Govt. / Counseling authority.
