Introduction to the College
Mahatma Dhule Education Society has established the Gwalior
Engineering College popularly known as GEC. Apart from various
social welfare schemes for the benefit of the people, the
society plans to Provide Technical manpower for the national
prosperity and improving quality of life of the people through
Technical Education.
The GEC has been established with the object of providing
high quality Technical Education in the pollution free natural
environment. It has been planed for development with all modern
facilities of Buildings, Laboratories, Workshop, Computer
Center, Library, Audio-Visual teaching-aids, Games & Sports
facilities and other recreational facilities.
Members
of the Executive Management Team of the College have a wide
range of skills and experience in the training and education
field and are actively involved in their respective professional
associations, maintaining links with colleagues to advance
the interests of the college, our students and faculty. The
library has 12576 books and 148 journals. Software has been
incorporated so that students & staff can make full utilization
of library. A spacious Reading Room with Reference Books and
journals has been provided.

Accessibility
The Gwalior Engineering College is located in one of the
India's most dynamic and exhilarating cities GWALIOR, at Airport
Road, Maharajpura. The College is 7km from Gwalior Railway
Station and Bus Stand.
The city of Gwalior is 360 km from the capital of India
New Delhi by road and 316 km by train. It is situated on Central
Railway Track, which connects all the major cities of India
like Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Trivandrum, Bangalore, Hyderabad,Pune,
Nagpur, Bhopal, Kanpur, Varanasi, Chandigarh and New Delhi
with Gwalior.
